The campus incorporates sustainable features — from native landscaping, solar power for its all-electric facility, locally sourced materials, high-efficiency systems, to a bioswale network that manages rainwater naturally.

Crews recycled old asphalt, lime-treated poor soils, and repaved 327K SF of ramp. Work was completed in phases to keep the FBO operating and to have 80 % of the ramp ready in time for BottleRock music festival.
