Natural light, smarter design. High transom windows flood the hangar with daylight without taking up valuable wall space — a simple, budget-friendly architectural choice that elevates both function and feel.

Centrex provided comprehensive design and construction services.

This pristine hangar interior isn’t just bright — it’s built for performance. The reflective finish maximizes visibility, boosts safety, showcases cleanliness, and elevates the environment for precision work and crew well-being — all while cutting energy costs.

The Centrex team in front of the new flight department office — a modern, high-security, low-profile facility designed to support operations while providing a welcoming environment for crews and guests.

The team saved nearly $1M by encapsulating lightly contaminated soil rather than removing it — and installed an underground stormwater system, larger than an Olympic pool, beneath the parking lot to unlock additional ramp and hangar space.

By balancing a 28’ bottom rolling door in front of the 30’ hangar door, the team achieved fire foam compliance without installing a costly foam system — a creative solution that can be easily removed in the future.
